THE BLACK CHIP SOCIETY
TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
The Black Chip Society (“BCS”, “the Society”) is a private, invitation-only membership community. Membership is a privilege, not a right. By accepting membership, all members agree to the following terms.
1. Membership Admission
Membership is by invitation only.
Applicants may request consideration, but acceptance is solely at the discretion of the Society.
The Society may decline or defer any application without explanation.
2. Chapter Participation
The Society is organized into discreet chapters:
- Gentlemen’s Chapter
- Women’s Chapter
Members select a chapter upon joining.
The Society may invite members to select co-ed journeys or special gatherings.
3. Membership Status
Membership levels include:
- Member
- Founding Member
- Chairman’s Circle
Certain privileges, invitations, and experiences may be limited by membership level.
Membership status is non-transferable.
4. Conduct
Members are expected to:
- Behave respectfully toward other members and guests
- Maintain discretion regarding Society matters
- Respect host venues, staff, and service partners
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
The Society reserves the right to revoke membership for conduct deemed inconsistent with the values of the Society.
No explanation is required for revocation.
5. Discretion
Members agree that:
- Membership lists are private
- Event guest lists are private
- No photography, recording, or publicity is permitted at certain gatherings
- No member may use Society affiliation for commercial promotion without written approval
Discretion is fundamental to membership.
6. Invitations and Guests
Attendance at Society gatherings is by invitation only.
Members may occasionally be permitted to invite guests, subject to:
- Prior approval
- Guest conduct being the responsibility of the inviting member
7. Membership Fees
Membership fees, if applicable, are communicated privately.
Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
8. Termination
Membership may be:
- Resigned voluntarily by the member
- Suspended or revoked by the Society
Upon termination:
- Digital credentials are revoked
- Physical cards must be destroyed
- Access to Society gatherings ceases immediately
9. Amendments
The Society may amend these Terms at any time.
Members will be notified privately of material changes.

Certain Society gatherings may involve photography, filming, or recorded media.
By attending an event where media capture is active, you acknowledge:
- Your image or likeness may be captured incidentally
- Any captured media remains the property of the Society
- Media will never be used publicly to identify members without explicit consent
At select gatherings, photography and recording may be entirely prohibited.
Members will be notified in advance.
Discretion remains the priority.
